Trust us for thorough accident investigations and detailed compliance documentation.
Catagory 1 / No Load Test
The Category 1 test is a thorough visual and operational evaluation of elevator components, designed to confirm their safe operation under normal conditions. This routine inspection is conducted as a "no-load" test, ensuring the elevator car is empty throughout the assessment. This approach helps identify any issues while maintaining safety standards. Regular Category 1 tests are essential for ensuring the reliability and safety of elevator operations.
Catagory 5 /Full Load Test
An elevator Category 5 (CAT5) test is a mandatory 5-year safety inspection requiring full-load and full-speed testing to verify brake systems, safeties, and governors. It involves loading the car to 100% capacity (rated speed test) and 125% capacity (braking system test) to ensure compliance with ASME A17.1 standards.

Escalators / Moving Walks
Category 1 (annual) escalator moving walk tests are essential safety evaluations that ensure the reliable performance of the equipment. These comprehensive assessments focus on key aspects, including electrical and mechanical components, as well as critical safety features like the step/skirt performance index and braking systems. By conducting these mandatory tests, we help maintain a safe and efficient environment for all users.
Fire Alarm / Generator Test

Elevator fire alarm and generator are crucial to ensure compliance with NFPA code These tests confirm that lifts safely recall to the ground floor, activate Phase I/II service, and operate on emergency power. Monthly tests involve using a key to simulate alarm activation, while annual tests assess full-load and generator-driven functionality. Regular testing guarantees the safety and reliability of your elevator systems in emergencies.
